Mr Weiss is ordered to anchor his vessel 200 meters below the starting line from the time the first orange flag of the day is hoisted, until all races are done for the day of Sunday 16th.
His sailors are warned that if their coach, Mr. Weiss, infringes any rule again, they may be also penalized.
