This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Additional Comments:

I was scored BFD in the 2nd Race. I trigger pulled from below the line and had a good acceleration passing the Canadian Boat windward of me. I believe you wrote my number down after the start, after the Canadian fell behind thinking that the boat leeward of me was me.
I request to hear the tape as I am sure I wasn’t over. Thank you
