This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Can’t remember but should be on video. Think I was behind a Denmark sailor.

Additional Comments:

I headed down and slowed down at 10 seconds to go because I thought I was yellow flagged but it was FRA 222924 that was flagged but we both got BFD’s even though we both headed down around 10 seconds and did not go over with the rest of the pack.
