This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

My number was not on the notice board and I was not On Course Side at the start of the race today. Therefore the BFD score and decision is incorrect. There was a similar number on the board yesterday (225 555) but that is NOT my number. Can you please re-instate my finishing position of 10
