This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

I arrived over the line on the right side ( c. boat) on starboard on the back right side of ESP 214374 behind me there was ITA 221001 and an other boat on the pin side

New results are posted after my inquire and i was placed wrongly 39. If you want I can came for an hearing bringing the two boats esp and ita to confirm the positions.
