Request for Change of Equipment/Crew

Upon rigging prior launching for Race 1 I noticed the end block on my boom was broken as the sheeve was jammed and would not rotate. I made the Equipment Inspector aware and they removed the boom approval sticker from my broken boom and measured and then applied a new inspection sticker to my spare boom. I was then given permission to use my replacement boom for the event. The originally inspected boom was not used in any races. I have submitted this request for completeness.
