DEN 222585 as witness.

Additional Comments:

I was scored BFD on the first Black flag attempt of Race 5 ILCA7 Blue fleet, which was a general recall.

Once ashore, I asked RC to hear the tapes and on those tapes there is a XXX269 identified from RC side.
However during the entire start I was on the pin end side of the line, windward to DEN 222585. We were well below the line.

We have video evidence showing clearly the position of DEN 222585 and myself (to windward of DEN 222585) being under the line on the pin end side of the line.

From pin end there were NO numbers identified.

DEN 222585 is willing to be witness and attest that I was next to him and our video evidence from both my coach as well as a coach from FRA show us sailing towards pin end and clearly under the starting line.

I therefor believe I was scored BFD by mistake and my score is incorrect.
