This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Please use a separate form for each individual request. This enquiry will be review by Race Committee as soon as possible.

Tally penalty query. I was given a tally penalty and I do not think it was fair. There was no warning in the telegram like previous days that the tally time limit was almost up. There was also no information about how many people had not yet tallied/information about who had not yet tallied which was posted on previous days. Finally I was not made aware when i tallied out that it was late
