This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Additional Comments:

The wind shifted left on the first beat and the course was altered at the leeward gate to try and correct this.
However the wind had shifted back to it's original position so I sailed directly upwind without going hard left and the little red mark that had replaced the old, much larger yellow mark was difficult to see as visibility wasn't great and it was quite far to the left.
