This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Additional Comments:

A left shift came in and the first downwind became a reach on starboard. The windward mark was then changed, left of the previous windward. The wind returned right on the second beat and boats on the right at the front of the fleet who got the shift then missed the small red mark used as the changed course.
