Request for Change of Equipment/Crew

Rivet at aft end of the boom has broken. It broke previously at worlds in Dzinow and was repaired. Was then used for training on Wednesday 12th and broke after approximately 30 minutes. The hole is corroded and so its likely any further repairs won't work.
