Request for Change of Equipment/Crew

So I put my old sail numbers into registration and then few days before the regatta I get a new sail with new numbers so I change registration . I thought I changed but now I see I didnt.
I am writing know because i passed registration and no one from staff checked that my sail numbers are not correct.
