Request for Change of Equipment/Crew

I changed the rivets on the rear of the boom two days ago, just before the start of the championship, and they've already come off. I've changed them several times, and the boom is no longer usable. I was supposed to get a new boom before the start, but it arrived today. I'm requesting an exchange. Thank you.
