This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

En la revisión de resultados anterior me lo han cambiado a un 15 pero realmente he entrado 9 o 10 ya que como se puede ver el en video, el barco griego GRE-180661 ha entrado justo en mi popa, y el barco TUR y el NED han entrado a mi sotavento y barlovento respectivamente.
