This form should only be used to request review a possible scoring discrepancy. It should b used if you believe you are incorrect scored. It is not a Request for Redress. The Race Committee will review and respond to each request and return this form to the Race Office.

Additional Comments:

The wind shifted nearlly 180 degrees, modifying the race 4 result in an unfair way. I passed from around 10th to 40th because of a big shift that has made the second upwind at one board on starboard without tacking and the last downwind on the outter part of the course on a upwind. We were sailing starboard on the last reaching to the finish line.
